Orekhovskoye Field

Orekhovskoye is located 22 kilometers northwest of the Yuzhnoye field in the Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Area of Western Siberia near the city of Nizhnyvartovsk (click here for map). Sibir acquired the field as part of its acquisition of Magma Oil Company which will operate the field.

54 million barrels of recoverable reserves (C1+C2) under the Russian classification system
Development of field to be initiated in Q2 2007 with production to begin before year end.
Phase one development plan includes two drill pads, infield road, power substation, 22 kilometer pipeline to Yuzhnoye CPF and 22 wells drilled by 2009
Peak production projected at 5,000 bopd
