Moscow Refinery

The Moscow Refinery is located in the southeast district of the City of Moscow and currently processes over 200,000 bopd of crude oil. The refinery supplies oil products to the rapidly growing Moscow market and to export markets in Europe and has excellent pipeline and rail connections for products and crude. In 2008 Sibir subsidiary, Moscow Oil and Gas Company (MOGC) established a 50/50 joint venture with  Gazprom Neft to manage the Moscow Refinery. Together the joint venture owns over 90% of the voting shares of the Moscow Refinery.

The refinery is run as a tolling operation whereby the shareholders pay a tolling fee for each barrel refined and are responsible for supplying their share of the crude and marketing their own products. Sibir has a tolling interest of 50% at the refinery representing 100,000  bopd at current operating capacity.
