Holding in Company

The Company was notified on 24 June 2009 that following an acquisition on 23 June 2009, El Pintor Invest & Trade SA is the holder of, and is entitled to exercise voting rights in respect of, 12,830,619 of the ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company (“Ordinary Shares”), which constitute approximately 3.32 per cent. of the issued Ordinary Shares.
