The Company was notified on 19 June 2009 that following the recent acquisition of shares, Open Joint Stock Company “Gazprom Neft” is now interested in 131,838,895 ordinary 10p shares (“Ordinary Shares”), representing an interest of approximately 34.11 per cent. of the Company’s entire issued Ordinary Shares.
