Mrs. Ilyukhia was born on 5th of February in 1969. In 1993 she graduated from Saint-Petersburg State Electrotechnical University named after Uliyanov (Lenin) with a specialization in “electronic devices”. In 1999 graduated from Saint-Petersburg State University with a specialization in “ law”. In 2001 she received the degree of  Ph.D. in law. In 1993-1996  she held position  of executive director of OSTO AOZT. In 1996–1999 Mrs Ilyukhina was general director of Onega Plus Firm, LLC. In 1999-2001 she worked for banking companies such as SbS-Agro JSCB and North-Western O.V.K. JSCB holding different positions ranging from a law advisor and up to the head of the law department. In 2001-2007 she was the deputy general director of FGUP Rublevo-Uspensky LOK (therapeutic complex) of the Administrative Department of the President of the Russian Federation. Prior to her appointment to the position with Gazprom Neft JSC she was the executve director of North-Western Investment Company, LLC. Since January, 2008  Mrs Ilyukhina is a member of the Management Board of Gazprom Neft JSC, Deputy CEO for Law and Corporate Affaires. She is responsible for law and corporate support of the Company.

Mr Dmitry Nikolaevich Ivanov was born on 24th of February in 1962. In 1985 he graduated from Admiral Makarov Higher School of Nautical Engineers of Leningrad. In 2008 he graduated from the Higher School of Economics of Moscow with an MBA degree in Logistics and Supply Chain Management. From 2003 through 2008 he held top executive positions in LLC “Gazexport” and JSC “SIBUR Holding”. Since 2008 he has worked as Chief of Logistics and Transport Department in OJSC Gazprom neft. Since October 2009 he has held a position of President of the Moscow Oil and Gas Company. Since 2010 Mr Ivanov has been also appointed General Director of Magma Oil Company.  On 8 November 2010 the Board of Directors of Sibir Energy Limited appointed Mr Ivanov as Chief Executive Officer of Sibir Energy Limited.
