Moscow Refinery

The Moscow Refinery is located in the southeast district of the City of Moscow and currently processes over 200,000 bopd of crude oil. The refinery supplies oil products to the rapidly growing Moscow market and to export markets in Europe and has excellent pipeline and rail connections for products and crude.

The refinery is run as a tolling operation whereby the shareholders pay a tolling fee each barrel refined and are responsible for supplying their share of the crude and marketing their own products. Sibir has a tolling interest of 50% at the refinery representing 100,000  bopd at current operating capacity.

• 240,000 bopd nameplate capacity, currently operating at 200,000 bopd

• Three principle shareholders in refinery: MOGC, Gazpromneft and Tatneft
• Crude pipeline connections to Transneft system allow for shipments from major producing centers in Russia, including Western Siberia
• Rail connections for shipping refined product to export markets
• Product production breakdown: Gasoline 25%, Diesel 30.5%, Heating Oil 28.5%, and Other 16%
• Sibir supplies crude to the refinery from the Yuzhnoye and Salym fields via the trading arm of its Magma subsidiary
